Found this recipes over at Oh Happy Veggie and new I had to try it.
I was looking for a healthy work snack and this didn’t quite work as to keep the texture right you kind of have to keep them in the fridge or freezer until just before eating.
They were however super delicious and a great dessert.
Will definitely be making these again and have already thought of other ways I can use the raspberry chia jam and the date biscuit base in other recipes.
I did cheat with the chocolate covering a bit. I tried making the homemade chocolate but the texture turned out funny so instead of making it again and wasting all those ingredients again I used Well Naturally’s sugar free dark chocolate.
